How to Use: The 5-Minute Ritual
Best time: Morning on clean, dry skin. Can also be used as a nighttime ritual.
Step 1: Nourish (1 minute)
Apply 2 to 3 drops of the Cosmic Glow Serum to clean skin. Press gently with your fingertips, do not rub. Let it absorb for 30 seconds before moving to the next step. The serum prepares your skin and acts as a glide for the tools that follow.
Step 2: Sculpt (2 minutes)
Hold the butterfly gua sha flat against your skin, never at an angle. Begin at the chin and stroke upward toward the ear in one slow, firm motion. Repeat 5 to 10 times per side. Move to the cheekbones, stroking outward from the nose toward the hairline. Finish with downward strokes along the neck to encourage full lymphatic drainage.
Tip: More pressure is not better. Medium pressure, slow strokes, consistent direction. Always upward on the face, downward on the neck.
Step 3: Revive (2 minutes)
Use the larger roller end on cheeks, forehead, and neck in upward strokes. Use the smaller end beneath the eyes and roll outward from the inner corner toward the temple. Roll each area 5 to 8 times. The roller seals the serum in and completes the circulation boost the gua sha began.
Frequency: Daily for best results. Even three times per week will show a noticeable difference within two weeks.
