Free Nationwide Delivery
We offer free delivery across Pakistan on every order. No minimum spend. No hidden charges.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 working day of confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure someone is available to receive the order and the correct amount is ready for the courier.
Please note that repeated COD refusals affect our ability to serve all customers. Orders with a history of refusals may require advance payment going forward.
Online Payment
We also accept secure online payment at checkout via debit card, credit card, and bank transfer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your order in real time. If you have not received tracking details within 2 working days of placing your order, reach out to us on WhatsApp at 0326-1889988.
Fragile Items
Our rose quartz tools and glass serum bottle are fragile and handled with care. Every order is packed using protective multi-layer packaging to minimise transit damage.
We recommend inspecting your parcel upon arrival. If there is any visible damage to the outer packaging, please record a short video while opening it. This helps us process any replacement claims quickly and efficiently.
